Had a lot of love bugs stuck to car evacuating Hurricane Irma. At this car wash there were friendly folks everywhere! Did an awesome job on the car wash too, getting rid of all those bugs!! Gr8 place!!
- The cleaning rags leave streaks since they are all covered in tire shine
Tidal Wave cleans my car better than any other drive thru car wash in town. They provide rags to dry my car after its washed and cleaner for my interior windows. The vacuums work great and the employees are always nice. Memberships can save you a bunch of money too!
This is a GREAT car wash! It is well kept and is anyways busy. Here are my only complaints
I must share this as it is on my heart today. I went by the car wash with my grandson. He really enjoyed going through it. I asked if he wanted to go through it again. He said yes very excitedly.I have a pass but haven't been through once this month. I didn't know you couldn't go through but once a day. I pulled around and was informed by a young female attendant. She then spoke with another attendant who was an older gentleman. The staff was really nice after I explained it was for my grandson and allowed me another chance to go through. Little did they know that his dad had been killed exactly two weeks ago. Thank you to my angels at Tidal Wave. You just don't even know what that meant to me.
- No free air freshener like their competition
- They don't have a floor mat cleaning machine like their competition does
- The cost is pretty high
Awesome place to get your vehicle washed. $20 will get most of the package including wax in an automatic car wash. The machine does a great job. There are free vacuums and Windex glass cleaner with unlimited towels. You can get membership that saves you money if you get a car wash more than once a month. Very popular place and always crowded. It's located conveniently next to the cheap Kroger fuel station.
