Delivery service is horrible. Didn't have anywhere to schedule a time, but said that they would call to schedule a time, never did. Instead called when they were ten minutes out and when we weren't home they won't deliver it for anlther two days. Now one person is telling us they are coming tonight and another aays tomorrow.
Had no trouble finding what I needed. The info l needed was not listed on the box. The employee in the department opened the box so that l could read the information which let me know l was purchasing the correct part. This probably saved me an added trip. I have always had great help when I asked.
Why not sold out signs in the items in the store where we went to check out the items ?we placed the order on line then card error issue 8 transfers and 45 min later we got the order placed by the on line rep, all was well and then an hour later they call to say they must cancel the order they have none of what we ordered and won't be getting any ? We ask to keep it active for we don't need the Frig and stove for a few month was told nope they are not getting anymore sorry and hung up.. I get it's was her job but the company needs to not allow items ordered they don't have and from what she said is making many of these calls ,,
Sales man Jim. Was helpful and not hovering. Mesured and gave info on the washer/ dryer was a pleasant experience.
Lowe's is by far one of my favorite places to go to! Most (and I say most because there are always bad apples) of the associates are very knowledgeable and helpful. The only downside is that they don't like opening more than one or two lanes at a time.
