The staff aid always very pleasant and helpful in attending to your needs and you are always in and out quickly
They are sooo nice here! I've been here a few times and Dr. Ham is so sincere and really cares to take her time. I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes to see a doctor. All the nurses are sweet, friendly, empathetic and help make you feel better with simply a warm smile or laugh! My husband has been here too a couple times and agrees this place is a lifesaver for the last minute "can't wait for an appointment elsewhere" medical care needs.
Then, when the clerk hit me with the $55 copay, she refused to give me back all the signed forms so they couldn't bill me or my insurance. She said that they would be shredded but wouldn't shred them in front of me, but THEN said I would have to get them from medical records the next business day... Well if they are going to be in Medical Records, that defeats the purpose of shredding them! Not to mention that they forced me to scan my fingerprint as a requirement to he seen and will now have that on file, too.
Absolutely outstanding!!!!! I reserved a spot online and was immediately seen upon arrival. Front desk, Nursing, X-ray Technician and Dr. Ham did a fantastic job! Thank you so much for your detailed explanation and exceptional care!!!!!
Changed policy and now they charge $55 copay (urgent care) vs previous primary/immediate care copay ($20) - they charged the lower copay for over a decade and NOTHING changed other than the increase (no new services, no increased hours, NOTHING) no signage or notification until AFTER they make you fill out & sign registration paperwork, including consent to treat and authorization to bill insurance , AND SCAN YOUR FINGERPRINT 5X!!!
Used this place for our family for 20 years plus but will never use ANY Houston Healthcare Facility again - already use Macon or Atlanta hospitals...recommend Applecare in WR or Perry over HHC Med Stops - fast, friendly and reasonable copay policies (primary care provider rate)
The service was not good at all,i literally had to get my co pay back and walk out.I always visit this Med-Stop,they have never fail to give professional service.The business was not busy at all,it took 20 mins to go back to see the Dr.I was in the back in the room 1 hrs 45 min before any thing happen, finally i ask for the co-pay back.The only thing the nurses said ,' just see the waiter out front ....she will refund your money. Wow customer service meant nothing that day.Hopefully that was a bad day for them. SR
