They are very slow. It took them 1:30 hour to take my cousin. After taking in they took another hour. I am very disappointed by their service. They is no one at the front desk like they supposed. Its just not a medical center experience and i wouldnt go there ever again.

Went in after spending a weekend with severe right side pain. After an X-Ray and urine sample the doctor told me I had constipation and prescribed laxatives. After a week of throwing every laxative, enema, and wives tale I could imagine at the issue with no relief I went to the ER where within a few hours I was admitted with a RUPTURED APPENDIX and scheduled for surgery shortly thereafter. Do not rely on this med stop to diagnose abdominal pains, they do not have the testing equipment needed to do so. If possible use your family doctor (they can order outpatient testing such as CT scans if needed) or go to the ER. I likely will not go to a med stop again after this experience.

Went in for what I thought was an ear ache. They said it was TMJ. Went back two days later running a very low grade fever. They said it was TMJ. Went to the dentist for my TMJ, they found an abcessed tooth. Had to have a root canal. They definitely do not know what TMJ is. Not reliable.
